French Broad River full day trip with lunch: Are you looking to spend more time discovering all the French Broad River has to offer? Our "full-day day trip with lunch" includes the 5 mile 1/2 day section, time to play and swim, a river-side picnic lunch and then another 3 miles that includes class 4 Frank Bell's Rapid, which is one of the most talked about rapids in the Southeast!. There are many class 2 and 3 rapids, such as Pinball, S-Turn, Stack House, Sandy Bottom and Ledges all with charming mountain vistas! We will stop to take the leap into the river at JUMP ROCK and swim at SWIMMERS RAPID. Our French Broad River trips include an after trip snack. After a river-side picnic lunch, we will raft another 3+ miles and finish with class 4 Frank Bell's Rapid.

At average summer water levels, expect to spend up to 6+ hours with us, including outfitting, safety talk, shuttles and river trip: higher water trips in spring or after rain can be much faster.
